The Russian occupation army is attempting to establish a tough administrative and police regime in temporarily seized settlements in the Kherson region, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in a summary as of 12:00 a.m. Friday.

The occupants do not abandon their attempts to seize the city of Izyum in the Kharkiv region, reinforce the grouping with the introduction of additional units and carry out activities to organize engineering and logistical support.

In the Volyn, Polessk and Seversk directions no significant changes in the activity of the occupation troops were recorded, they focused on the fortification of the occupied lines. In the Slobozhansky and Sumy directions, the occupants are regrouping and trying to establish logistical support and are more active in reconnaissance.

According to the General Staff, due to the depletion of nearly all stocks of missiles and ammunition, the military and political leadership of the Russian Federation has decided to transfer enterprises of the Russian military industrial complex involved in the production of Kalibr cruise missiles and ammunition for Smerch multiple rocket launcher systems to a 24-hour work schedule.
