"It is the fourteenth day of the heroic opposition of the Ukrainian people to the Russian military invasion.

The enemy has significantly reduced the rate of advance of troops, but has not abandoned the offensive operation.

The Russian occupant suffers losses in manpower and equipment, personnel are demoralized, surrender or resort to desertion. The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on encircling the city of Kiev, capturing Sumy, Kharkov, Mariupol, and Mykolaiv; ensuring a land corridor between the TOT Crimea and the continental part of the Russian Federation. It does not abandon attempts to reach the administrative borders of Luhansk and Donetsk Regions.

The formation of enemy reserves in permanent deployment points continues with the purpose of their further overthrow to certain areas on our territory.

Due to the fierce resistance of the residents of Kherson, the occupiers are trying to introduce an administrative and police regime, for which Rosgvardia units were introduced into the Kherson region, which performed unlawful detention of more than 400 citizens of Ukraine.

In the Volyn direction the enemy is not conducting offensives, but there remains a high probability of sabotage at military facilities and civilian infrastructure in the Rivne and Lviv regions by sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the occupants.

In the Polesye direction the enemy operates with the help of separate units from the 29th, 35th and 36th Combined Arms of the Pacific Fleet and the Airborne Troops of the Russian Federation.

According to available information, the enemy is regrouping to prepare for another attempt to take Kiev. After an unsuccessful offensive in the direction of Fastov, the enemy attempts to resume offensive actions in that direction.

On the Seversk direction, the enemy, using separate units from the 2nd and 41st All-Army and 90th Tank Division of the Central Military District, is trying to restore the offensive.

The enemy in the BTGr forces crossed the Trubezh River, blocking the E95 highway near Zalesie. Incurred losses on the outskirts of Chernihiv and other directions. To restore the combat effectiveness of the grouping, BTGr from the 55th Independent Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 41st Combined Arms Army of the Central Military District was transferred to the territory of Ukraine from the operational reserve.

On the Slobozhansky direction the enemy is trying to hold the line from Severodonetsk to Sumy by separate units of the 1st Tank Army (up to 11 BTGr), 20th Army (up to 8 BTGr), 6th Army (up to 3 BTGr) of the Western Military District and 14th Army Corps of the Northern Fleet (to BTGr).

The main efforts are focused on attempting to cordon off the city of Kharkiv and reaching the barrier line along the Dnieper River. Preparations for an attack on Sumy continue. The enemy concentrates army aviation to provide airborne action.

In the Donetsk direction, the occupants, using the 1st and 2nd Army Corps and separate units from the 150th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th All-Army Army (up to 7 BTGr), are trying to continue their offensive operations in previously selected directions in order to reach the administrative borders of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

In the Tavrichesk direction, the enemy, by individual units of the 49th Army, 22nd Army Corps, 20th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th Army and Airborne Troops (up to 17 BTGr) holds the line from Kherson to Rozov.

Attempts to force the South Bug River the enemy had no success. It uses the international airport in Kherson for basing combat aircraft.

In the South Bug operating area, the Russian occupiers hold the line from Kherson to Kakhovka. Separate units from the 49th All-Arms Army of the Southern Military District were stopped northeast of the city of Nikolaev along the Ingul River.
