Kadyrovites on a tank in Zaporizhzhya region shelled a car of Ukrposhta workers who were delivering pensions. This is reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration (ZARA) Alexander Starukh with reference to the data of the AFU.
"On Saturday, March 5, in the Zaporizhzhya region, Russian Kadyrov military in a tank fired on a Ukrposhta car and ran over the car. A man and a woman were killed on the spot. All this is recorded in the photo," wrote Starukh in Telegram.
"Ukrposhta employees were delivering pensions and mail on the route, which passes through the settlements Orekhovo, Omelnik, Egorovka and Novoselovka. On the road between Egorovka and Novoselovka a tank came to meet the civilian car. The driver turned slightly to the right to let the military vehicles pass. In response, the Russian soldiers opened fire on the civilian car from afar and then ran over it," said the chairman of the regional state administration.
Now this car, according to his words, stands on the road between the settlements Yegorovka and Novoselovka.
"Yesterday, colleagues from the Ukrposhta tried to pick up the dead colleagues, hoping that someone survived. But having arrived at the scene of the tragedy, they only had time to take pictures of the scene, because the occupant tanks began to appear and it was dangerous for their own lives to stay in that place.
The wrecked car with the bodies of the dead Ukrposhta employees was left standing in the field. According to the Ukrposhta employees, it was the Kadyrov military," Starukh noted.
Due to the conduct of military operations in this area and the movement of military equipment of the occupants, the evacuation of the bodies of the dead is now, according to him, impossible.
"The leadership of the Zaporizhzhya regional military administration appeals to every citizen of the city and region. If we do not respond today to the brutal actions of the invader, tomorrow they will do the same to you and your family. So, we ask you today, take weapons, dig trenches, fortify your homes and unite against the aggressor", - appealed the chairman of the Regional State Administration to the local residents.
In the Zaporizhzhia region in Energodar, where the ZNPP is located, which also came under tank fire from the Russian occupiers, the night passed without any emergencies. There are still big problems with communications, not only in Energodar, but also in other settlements of the region. Food is difficult to come by due to the lack of supplies.
