Today they are working on various options on how to close the sky over Ukraine. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this at a briefing on Monday.
"Different functions, different variants of how the sky over Ukraine can be closed, how Russian planes can be cleared from the sky are being worked on now. This, too, is an extremely complex topic. Don't stop demanding this - sooner or later we will get to the point where one way or another we will change the situation in the Ukrainian skies in our favor. But in order to do this we need continuous pressure", - said the Minister.
As a reminder, on March 4, NATO foreign ministers discussed the introduction of a no-fly zone over Ukraine, but they do not want to send their planes into Ukrainian airspace.
President Volodymyr Zelensky said that by refusing to close the skies over Ukraine, the NATO leadership gave the green light to further bombing of the territory of the Ukrainian state by the troops of the Russian Federation.
