Russian troops opened fire on civilians attempting to evacuate from Irpen (Kiev region), Radio Svoboda reported.
"At least three people were killed, including two children, and another person is in serious condition due to wounds. It is likely that the fire was from mortars. Among the dead may be members of the same family," the newspaper reported, citing its correspondent.
So far there is no confirmation of this information from other sources.
