Ministry of Defense: QR code will appear in the Reserve+ app to replace paper documents

Starting from June 18, a QR code will appear in the Reserve+ application for conscripts, which will allow electronic data to be used as a full-fledged military registration document. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chornohorenko during a telethon.

“On June 18, Reserve+ will have a QR code - this will finally equate the information from Oberih to an electronic military registration document. We can scan this QR code and get all the information we need,” she commented.

According to Chornohorenko, the QR code will mean that in the future, the binding of persons liable for military service to paper documents will disappear.

As we have already written, if a person does not have a military ID card or has an expired medical examination, he or she will still have to go to the TCC to renew the military medical commission (MMC), regardless of whether he or she has updated his or her data in Reserve+ or not.
