Ukraine allows convicts to serve in the National Guard: first decisions made

Ukraine makes the first decisions on the involvement of convicted citizens in the National Guard. The Khmelnytskyi City District Court allowed two men to sign a contract with the National Guard. This is stated on the website of the Khmelnytskyi City District Court.


It is noted that yesterday the court began consideration of the first submissions of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine on the conditional release of convicts for military service and the establishment of administrative supervision.


On Tuesday, two convicts expressed a desire to enter military service under a contract.
