Russian troops attacked a police car in Vovchansk with law enforcement officers who were planning to evacuate civilians. This was reported on the Telegram channel of Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko.
As a result of the attack, one policeman was killed and another was injured.
Klymenko said that the Russians hit the evacuation vehicle with the help of an FPV drone. At the time of the attack, there were two policemen in the car who were trying to save civilians.
The Interior Minister emphasized that Russians are constantly using drones, so law enforcement evacuation teams are always under threat. However, despite this, police officers continue to evacuate people from under fire, risking their own lives and health.
