Poles blocked two checkpoints again: Korczowa-Krakowiec and Medyka-Shehyni

Polish farmers have resumed the blockade at the Korczowa-Krakowiec and Medyka-Shehyni checkpoints. This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.


In particular, at 9:00 a.m., they restricted the movement of trucks heading towards Ukraine at the Krakowiec-Korczowa checkpoint in Poland.


At the Shehyni-Medyka checkpoint, the movement of freight transport is restricted both for exit from Poland and entry.


The State Border Guard Service noted that, according to the information they have, Polish protesters plan to block the traffic of freight transport in Krakowiec until 9:00 a.m. on April 20, and in Shehyni until 9:00 a.m. on April 19.


"As of this morning, about 1,500 trucks are waiting in queues in Poland in these directions to travel to Ukraine. No complications are expected for the movement of cars and buses," the agency added.
