On the afternoon of March 14, Russian troops fired on the suburbs of Kharkiv, probably from the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system. This was stated by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"According to preliminary information, the "hits" are in a nearby suburb. But the threat to Kharkiv remains," Terekhov said.
"An enemy attack with an S-300 missile was recorded in the Kharkiv district. As of this moment (14.40 - ed.), there are no casualties," said the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Synegubov.
