Zelensky about the attack on Odesa during a meeting with Mitsotakis: we heard and saw

Today, March 6, Russians launched a missile attack on Odesa. It happened during the visit of President Volodymyr Zelensky and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, they saw the explosion. This was reported at a joint press conference by Zelensky and Mitsotakis.

"We saw this strike today (in Odesa - ed.). You can see who we are dealing with. They don't care where they strike. I know there were victims. I do not know the details, but I know that there are dead and wounded," the Head of State emphasized.

According to him, Russians attacked Odesa during the visit of international guests from Greece. But the occupiers do not care - they have eitherlost their minds or do not control their army.

Zelensky emphasized that such attacks indicate the need to strengthen defense. First of all, this concerns air defense.

He said that Ukraine is "getting stronger little by little, but slower than we would like."

In turn, the Greek prime minister said that Russia launched a missile strike when he and Zelensky were in the port of Odesa.

"At the end of the visit (to the port - ed.), we heard an air raid alarm and powerful explosions near us. This is an impressive experience, we realize that this war affects everyone and spares no one," Mitsotakis emphasized.

Earlier we reported that Russia attempted to launch a missile attack on Zelensky's motorcade.
