Medvedev dreams of an offensive on Kyiv and Odesa: EU advises him to "treat his head"

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that in order to "achieve the goals of the special military operation," Russian troops would have to reach Kyiv again, and noted that Russia was already "waiting for Odesa." The European Commission advised him to get mental health treatment. This was reported by the European Commission spokesperson for foreign policy Peter Stano.

In an interview with Russian media, Medvedev said that in order to achieve the "goals of the special military operation," Russian troops will have to reach Kyiv again - "if not now, then in some time," and said that Russia has already "waited for Odesa."

"Where to stop? I don't know. I think that, given what I said, we still have to work hard and seriously. Will it be Kyiv? Yes, it should probably be Kyiv. If not now, then in some time, perhaps in some other phase of the conflict," the Russian official dreamed.

According to Medvedev, there are allegedly two reasons for this. The first is that Kyiv is allegedly a "Russian city" and the second is that it allegedly "poses an international threat to the existence of the Russian Federation" because Kyiv is allegedly "led by an international brigade of Russia's opponents led by the United States of America."

The deputy head of the Security Council also mentioned Odesa.

"Odesa, come home. We have been waiting for Odesa in the Russian Federation. Even because of the history of this city, the people who live there, the language they speak, it is our Russian city," he said.
