Bulgaria delays the promised delivery of 100 armored personnel carriers to Ukraine. This is reported by Euroactiv.

The decision was made in parliament more than three months ago. The countries signed a supply agreement.

But the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense asked NATO to cover the transportation costs.

"This is not an elementary transportation operation, because quite a lot of trains need to be used," said Bulgarian Defense Minister Todor Tagarev.

The ruling party says that the Defense Ministry "does not work optimally," and Tagarev is constantly criticized for his slow actions.
