In Dnipro, after the attack by Russian drones, it was decided to close schools and evacuate the hospital. This was reported by Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov.
"Due to the night shelling, we are evacuating one of the hospitals, draining the heating system and taking out a large number of palliative care patients. We are also closing schools. According to forecasts, a cold snap is expected in the near future, and we will not be able to maintain the system," he said in a statement.
Filatov also said that there are not enough people to eliminate the consequences of the shelling, in particular, due to the lack of armor from mobilization.
"Dear leaders, political leaders, ministers and special services. Please, put your dogs away until the end of the war. All those who are screwing up outdoor surveillance cameras under the gates of utility companies, mocking people, inventing criminal cases, earning likes, shoulder straps, titles and bonuses. Every time, if not a rocket, then a Shahed, and everyone who can fix the accident is either under night house arrest or without the armor of the TCC," Filatov wrote.
He noted that he was writing this post "when the city's power system and the entire infrastructure are hanging on by a thread."
