Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak, Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, and Verkhovna Rada speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk met with Speaker of the US House of Representatives Mike Johnson. Yermak reported this on Twitter.

"It was a significant meeting with speaker of the US House of Representatives Mike Johnson. I thanked him for the support of the Congress - it is vital for Ukraine, and we highly appreciate it," the head of the OP emphasized.


According to him, during the meeting, he shared with Johnson why it is critical to support Ukraine in its fight for freedom.


It is worth noting that Johnson's position is important in a fundamental issue for our country - new funding of aid from the US, which will be considered in Congress.
