On the morning of November 28, Russian troops shelled a five-story building in the city of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region. The attack killed a man and injured two other women. This was stated by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA Serhiy Lysak.
"In the morning, the occupants attacked Nikopol. An artillery shell hit a five-story building," said Lysak.
According to him, a 63-year-old man died as a result of the shelling. Two women, aged 65 and 63, were also injured.
In addition, there may be people under the rubble of the building.
