President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of Denmark Mette Frederiksen, during which they discussed important issues. This was reported by the head of the Ukrainian state on Telegram.
The two sides agreed on the need to continue long-term macroeconomic support for Ukraine and agreed on future joint steps in the framework of regional and global initiatives.
They also discussed the preservation of unity in Europe and the implementation of the peace formula for Ukraine.
President Zelensky expressed gratitude to Denmark for organizing the first meeting of advisors to discuss the peace formula in Copenhagen and for Denmark's readiness to send a representative to the next meeting in Malta.
Zelensky also expressed gratitude for the recent visit of Danish Defense Minister Trolls Lund Poulsen to Ukraine and for the comprehensive and timely support provided by Denmark, including the patronage of the city of Mykolaiv.
