President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Kharkiv region and held meetings with the military and local authorities. The head of state announced this on Telegram.

Zelensky emphasized that during the meetings he heard a report from General Oleksandr Syrskyi, who is responsible for the Lyman-Kupyansk and Bakhmut directions.

"These are important meetings. The military, the regional Security Service, the regional police. General Syrskyi's report. A meeting with everyone in the region who is responsible for protecting and preparing for winter. The key issues are energy and recovery," he said.

Zelenskyy will also hold a meeting with officials today to check on the implementation of his orders.
