Draft law on military service over the age limit was submitted to the Rada

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is proposing to allow people to serve in the army during martial law over the age limit at their own request.

The relevant draft law appeared on the government website and was registered by two people's deputies from the "Restoration of Ukraine" group.

According to the proposal, such soldiers must have high professional training, service experience and be recognized by the military medical commission as medically fit to continue serving in the Armed Forces.

In this case, they will be able to serve in the army without restrictions on age and length of service.
