The Armed Forces of Ukraine officially confirmed a strike on the Black Sea Fleet headquarters in Sevastopol. They did not say what exactly was used in the strike.

In turn, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced a missile attack on Sevastopol and reported the disappearance of one serviceman as a result of the attack on the Black Sea Fleet headquarters. 

"During the repulsion of the missile attack, five missiles were shot down by air defense systems. As a result of the attack, the historic building of the Black Sea Fleet headquarters was damaged," the statement said.
