China, India and Turkey are actively filling the European market with Russian fuel, Politico reports. 

According to the article, these countries buy Russian oil and process it into gasoline and kerosene for sale in the European Union.

India's imports of Russian oil reached a record 69 million barrels in May, almost ten times the volume of the same period last year.

There has also been a sharp increase in fuel exports from India to Europe. In June, 5.1 million barrels of diesel fuel and 3.2 million barrels of jet fuel were shipped to the EU, which is significantly ahead of the volumes of supplies in June 2021.

Amid this situation, Ukraine proposed a ban on the supply of all petroleum products derived from Russian oil to the G7 countries.

However, according to Politico, this proposal may not find wide support, as many experts see purchases of Russian oil products from third countries as part of the West's strategy to maintain stable energy prices.
