A special holiday, Ukrainian Flag Day, was held in Belgrade, which was marked by the screening of the documentary film "Tainted by Fear: War through the Eyes of Children" directed by Denis Vorobyov.

The Ambassador of Ukraine in Belgrade, Volodymyr Tolkach, before the film, emphasized the importance of this event, especially with the participation of children, as they are the future of Ukraine.

"Blood, pain and death are the enemies of our future. Today we are trying to show you how our children react to this situation in our country," said Tolkach in his address to the audience.

He stressed that the film "Tainted by Fear" conveys the eerie reality in which Ukrainian children have been forced to grow up since the invasion began on February 24, 2022.

The screening of the film was held at the European Union Information Center, accompanied by the opening of an exhibition of drawings created by Ukrainian children.
