Conflicts between the regular troops of the Russian Federation and Yevgeny Prigozhin's PMK do exist, and the capture of a Russian lieutenant colonel by the "Wagnerians" is proof of this. This event and others show that the aggressor is moving towards the fragmentation of its power structures and the entire country.

 This was said by the former deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine Viktor Yagun.

 "There have always been conflicts"

 According to the expert, Prigozhin is currently "earning himself political points" by showing the inability of the Russian army to fulfill certain obligations.

 "Actually, there have been such clashes for a long time, they are connected with the most ordinary jealousies. Because the "Wagnerians" were better provided for, better financed. They are constantly shown on TV, they are talked about as "heroes". And the armed forces of the Russian Federation against this background they look very unattractive," explains Yagun.

 He drew attention to the fact that the occupiers had always had conflicts: between the "Wagnerians" and the "Kadyrivets", between the "Kadyrivets" and the conditional "Mobs", etc.

 "All this in the complex indicates that there is no such army that they told everyone about on television. There is no normal command, a single understanding of what they are doing and how they should act," Yagun said.

 What to expect next?

 The former deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine does not rule out that after external conflicts, the owner of "Wagner" PVC may switch to internal ones.

 "Prigozhin now understands that he can't catch anything at the front. He's actually taking his units to the rear. He's trying to reformat them, prepare them, heal them and somehow supplement them and prepare for internal conflicts. Because he's not interested in external ones," Yagun believes.

 According to the expert, everything that the leader of the Wagnerites could take from external conflicts, he has already taken.

 "Prygozhin has already remained in Russian historiography as a person who "took" the city of Bakhmut. And someone "lost" it. And against this background, it is painful to watch the story of the alleged capture of the commander of the 72nd brigade by the "Wagnerians" in the Russian Armed Forces. and the brigade that was supposed to replace the PVC in certain areas. As it turned out, it was not the areas that were not prepared, not the fighters. They started fleeing in the first days. All this is true," Yagun emphasizes.

He emphasized that all this indicates that there are indeed conflicts between the Russian regular army and Prigozhin's mercenaries.

 "And the roads to the Wagnerites were really mined. And why are they mined? Because this is the truth about the blockades of the occupiers. They block the retreat routes primarily for their own, so that they do not escape. Therefore, everything is going according to their "plan", until the fragmentation of the Russian forces structures and Russia itself," the interlocutor concluded.

 We will remind you that late on June 4, the press service of the leader of the "Wagner" PMK Yevgeny Prigozhin published a video with the allegedly detained lieutenant colonel of the 72nd separate motorized rifle brigade, who "was in a state of alcoholic intoxication." He was accused of shelling the Wagnerites.

 The "captured lieutenant colonel" himself confesses in the video and says that he opened fire on the mercenaries because of "personal enmity".

 Interestingly, this story was preceded by a statement by the PMC that their mercenaries allegedly entered into battle with the Russian regular army on May 17. The terrorists allegedly noticed near the villages of Opytne and Ozaryanivka near Bakhmut "a group of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, which was mining the roads in the rear area of the Wagnerites."

 Sappers from the Ukrainian Communist Party of Ukraine allegedly advanced there and "found mines and started demining." However, later the "Wagneri" workers were "forced to stop work" because they were opened fire with small arms "from the positions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation".

 About the Battles in Bakhmut and the "departure" of the Wagnerites.

 We will remind you that Prigozhin has repeatedly declared the so-called "exit" from Bakhmut. And the last time the date was announced was May 25. Which partly happened. The British Ministry of Defense confirmed that the "Wagnerians" began to withdraw from some of their positions around Bakhmut.

 As Prigozhin said at the time, his mercenaries "hand over control of Bakhmut to the regular Russian army", and they themselves will allegedly go to the rear areas "for recovery".

 However, according to experts, this "departure" is more like a farce, which allows Prigozhin to escape "victorious" from Bakhmut. And in turn, all future failures will be blamed on the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, with which he has been in conflict for a long time.
