Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal calls on the UN and the Red Cross to provide "green corridors" for the authorities to provide assistance and evacuate all those in need.

"After the strikes on civilians, the whole world saw that the Russian military are terrorists, killing civilians and not allowing assistance to the victims. In some cities, children, the elderly, and pregnant women have been trapped by the enemy and in some places have been surviving for days without light, heat, water, food, or medical care. The occupant does not give green corridors for evacuation," Shmygal said in an address Thursday night.

The prime minister said Ukraine is demanding green corridors so authorities can provide assistance and evacuate everyone in need.
