Russia has almost declared default - Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal appealed to Ukrainians

"Our military is fighting like lions on all fronts and holding the defenses firmly. The enemy is exhausted, and in some areas is forced to tactically retreat.

At the same time, tens of thousands of reservists are joining the ranks of our army. Weapons are coming to Ukraine from different parts of the world. And the main thing is that the confusion and fear that many people had during the first two days of the war have been replaced by concentration and courage," Denis Shmygal said in his address, reports the Government Portal.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine noted that everyone understands that we are fighting a war of liberation for our land and for our future. And we will not forgive the enemy its crimes. Not only the perpetrators, but also the authors of this inhumane plan will surely be punished in The Hague for the rocket volleys on Ukrainian cities - Kharkiv, Kyiv, Zhytomyr.

Denis Shmygal noted that the "iron curtain" is lowering more and more over the aggressor. "World companies are leaving Russia, because they do not want to have anything to do with the 'blood money'. Russia has practically declared default. Most civilized countries have closed the skies to Russia."

"At the same time Ukraine is getting stronger. The European Parliament accepted Ukraine's application to join the EU.

Ukraine joins the European ENTSO-E network.

There are rallies all over the world in support of our country. Ukraine is now the center of the world struggle for freedom.

A government team is working with the President of Ukraine in Kiev and in certain wartime locations. We will not go anywhere and will not surrender to the enemy", - stressed Denis Shmigal.Yesterday the government simplified the procedure for use of the state budget reserve fund during martial law, which will allow to make quick decisions to allocate funds for the needs of the Ukrainian army.

The government also decided that humanitarian or technical assistance will arrive without delay and no customs control measures will be applied on the basis of a simplified declaration.

Now the government is actively working on mechanisms for a stable supply of food, medicine and essential goods throughout the country.

There is a Coordination Center for the provision of food, medicines, drinking water and fuel under the leadership of First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko.

The Center for Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance headed by Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olga Stefanishina works.

"The whole government, the whole state machine is working to ensure stability in the country in these times.

One more thing. Yesterday, March 1, the first auction for military bonds was held. More than 8 billion hryvnias were raised. These funds will be used to support Ukrainian defenders and finance the state budget for the needs of our armed forces.

Thanks to every Ukrainian, to every company that supports the state.

Glory to the Ukrainian army! Glory to the Ukrainian people! Glory to Ukraine!", - said Dmitry Shmygal.
