The OP commented on Zelensky's summons to court on Poroshenko's lawsuit

The president's office commented on President Volodymyr Zelensky's summons to a Supreme Court hearing, Novoe Vremya reported.

Representatives of the OP said that the summons has not been received and that "there will be an answer when they officially receive it."

Earlier, the lawyer of the fifth president and the leader of the European Solidarity movement, Igor Golovan, said that the Supreme Court of Ukraine had summoned President Volodymyr Zelensky to a hearing on his client's lawsuit. Poroshenko demands that Zelenskyy and Denis Bigus publish the original recordings of the negotiations of MP Viktor Medvedchuk.

The meeting is scheduled for February 28.

In May-June 2021, Bihus.Info journalists published recordings of Medvedchuk's conversations. They concerned coal deliveries from L/DPR fighters, the return of control over the Ukrainian part of the Samara-Western direction oil product pipeline and the exchange of prisoners with the Russian Federation. The recordings do not show Medvedchuk's conversations with Poroshenko, but the MP mentions them.

Eurosolidarity said that the investigations into the "Bigus tapes" are custom-made, and the beneficiary is the President's Office, which "tries to impose on the public the opinion about Medvedchuk's alleged connection with Poroshenko. The political force stressed that they did not discuss any topics other than the release of the hostages.
