In the coming years the Government plans to build infrastructure for the creation of at least 25 industrial parks. Such network is able to provide over 50 thousand additional workplaces for the country and 150-200 thousand workplaces in adjoining spheres. This is reported by the Minister of Community and Territory Development Alexei Chernyshev.

"A network of at least 25 industrial parks will create more than 50 thousand jobs. This is without taking into account the employment of people in related industries. We are talking about a multiplier in the economy. After all, one job in an industrial park creates 3-4 jobs in related sectors - construction, logistics, consulting. It is also important that the industrial parks focus on the production of goods with high added value. As a result, such grounds in the nearest future will be able to open economic, scientific and investment potential of communities and become a kind of "vaccination" against labor migration," Alexey Chernyshov emphasized.

It is worth mentioning that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed the law on making amendments to the Law of Ukraine #4416-1 "On industrial parks". The document introduces financial, infrastructural and institutional incentives for investors in industrial parks (IP).

The bills 5688 and 5689, which will introduce fiscal incentives, are expected to be considered for the first reading. We are talking about a ten-year exemption from income tax for residents of industrial parks for its reinvestment in development, exemption from tax duty and VAT on the importation of new equipment for their own use, the establishment of property tax exemptions by decision of the community.
