Russian occupiers continue to attack Ukraine's energy, logistics, heating, and water supply systems, refusing de-escalation. Ukraine has already determined the next response measures to the enemy attacks, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated.
"Our power plants, energy networks, heating systems, water supply facilities, and civilian logistics are under constant attack by Shaheds and missiles," Zelenskyy said.
As he noted, the aggressor country has refused de-escalation steps, does not change the nature of its aggressive activity, and is planning further strikes.
"We have determined the next responses," Zelenskyy noted.
According to the President, in response to the enemy's shelling of Ukrainian energy facilities, an operation against the Russian oil refining industry is underway.
"Our long-range sanctions, our medium-range strikes, and the pressure on Russia from our partners because of this war – this is what creates the motivation for real negotiations," the President of Ukraine stated.
According to Zelenskyy, the experience of the humanitarian operation in Oleshky showed that peace can be established if the Russian dictator makes the decision.
