The General Staff reported that Ukrainian troops had “changed positions near Lukiantsi, Kharkiv region, to save the lives of Ukrainian defenders.”
“As a result of intense enemy fire, namely air strikes using 10 KABs, on our units, to save the lives of Ukrainian servicemen, we changed positions near the village of Lukiantsi. The fighting continues,” the department said in a statement.
In addition, the General Staff spoke about the situation in the city of Vovchansk.
“Measures are underway to comb through the urban areas in Vovchansk. The situation is under control,” the statement said.
It is worth noting that the Ukrainian analytical public Deep State previously reported that in the Kharkiv direction, Russian troops advanced near Vovchansk and in the village of Hlyboke, and also captured the village of Lukiantsi. At the same time, Zelene, which was previously considered captured, remains under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The resource's map shows that the northern part of Vovchansk has moved into the gray zone.
