Night attack on Ukraine: 12 out of 13 UAVs shot down

He noted that a total of 13 attack drones were used by the Russians during this night air attack.


“On the night of May 6, 2024, the Russian occupiers attacked from the north with 13 Shahed-131/136 attack UAVs (launch area - Kursk region),” the statement said.


The general said that 12 of the barricading weapons were shot down by mobile groups. The combat work was conducted on the territory of Sumy region.


“As a result of combat operations, mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 12 enemy attack UAVs in Sumy region,” the general said.
