According to the company, this morning, consumption restrictions are being applied to all consumers in Kharkiv region and restrictions for industrial consumers in Kryvyi Rih continue to be in effect.
As of Tuesday morning, 398 settlements were without electricity. The power outage was caused by hostilities in Donetsk, Sumy and Kharkiv regions, and by technical damage in Sumy region.
