Ukrainians are urged not to ignore the air raid alerts today. There should be unimpeded access to shelters. This was announced by Timur Tkachenko, Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine.
"Today we do not ignore the alarm. All balance holders and owners of shelters must ensure round-the-clock and unimpeded access to them," he wrote.
This is probably due to the fact that Russia has accumulated hypersonic Zircon missiles in Crimea.
