The outcome of Russia's war against Ukraine may be decided this spring and summer. This was stated on Thursday, March 14, by the head of the European Union's diplomacy, Josep Borrell, Sky News reports.


During his visit to Washington, he emphasized that Ukraine cannot wait for the results of the US presidential election in November this year and called for continued assistance to Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression amid doubts that American support will be restored.


The publication reminded that military analysts expect a major Russian offensive this summer.
