According to him, these actions are unacceptable to Ukrainian citizens.
"During the war in Ukraine, the passengers of such buses are women with small children, socially vulnerable categories, military personnel returning or going to training, as well as people on the road," he wrote.
Kubrakov added that the attempt to make them hostages of the protest seems inappropriate for the civilized world.
