Ukraine will not introduce administrative measures for the return Ukrainians from abroad, but will encourage its citizens by improving security, living conditions and increasing opportunities for self-realization. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal at a government meeting.
"It is not about administrative measures, but only about incentives," the Prime Minister said.
According to him, such incentives are programs within the country. In particular, the work of the eOselya and eVidnovlennia programs, as well as the opportunity to receive grants and affordable loans to start your own business.
As Shmyhal noted, Ukraine continues its rapid recovery. So far, UAH 9.3 billion has been allocated from the Fund for Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression for Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Cherkasy and Chernihiv regions.
These funds will be used to repair homes, schools, hospitals and critical infrastructure facilities.
