The British government has privately called on Germany to provide the government in Kyiv with Taurus long-range missiles. This was reported by Bloomberg.


The publication's sources say that high-ranking British ministers and officials have repeatedly made it clear to Germany that Ukraine urgently needs Taurus missiles.


London is offering alternative options for resolving the conflict with Germany, including the possibility of an exchange in which Britain would provide Kyiv with its Storm Shadow missiles and Germany would send Britain stockpiles of long-range missiles.


However, British officials argue that Germany should stop making excuses and make a decision. One British official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, emphasized this, not wanting to discuss private conversations between the countries.
