"Rescuers have completely removed a body from the rubble. It is a woman. The body of a man has also been unblocked. As of now, the death toll has increased to 10 people. The search and rescue operation continues," the statement said.
Earlier we reported that on Tuesday, January 23, Russia attacked Ukraine with missiles. The death toll from the attack on Kharkiv has risen to four. This was stated by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

In Kharkiv, emergency and rescue operations have been completed at the site of a destroyed five-story building as a result of yesterday's Russian missile strike. This was reported by the State Emergency Service (SES).
Rescuers said that today, on January 24, the bodies of two more citizens were recovered at the scene.
"A total of 10 people were killed in yesterday's Russian strike on Kharkiv," the statement said.
It is also noted that the State Emergency Service employees cleared the rubble, removed and dismantled the emergency structures.
"With the help of heavy engineering equipment, 160 tons of construction debris were removed within 2 days," the service said.
