The situation at the front in Ukraine remains difficult, in particular due to the lack of ammunition, as well as air defense systems and missiles. It is perhaps even more serious now than it was almost two years ago. This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in an interview with Bild.

"The situation is very serious, perhaps even more serious than it has been since the beginning of the Russian invasion almost two years ago," Kuleba said.

He also noted that the massive missile attack on the morning of January 23 is evidence that Ukraine needs more air defense systems and missiles.

"Although Ukraine has significantly increased its production and will continue to do so, we still see that the Western defense industry is not able to produce enough products," the minister added.

According to him, Ukraine's needs "do not meet the defense needs" of Western countries.
