GUR representative Skibitskyi: The enemy learns quickly, they modernize their missiles

The Russians have improved the X-101 cruise missiles, now they differ from those used by Russian troops to attack Ukraine in 2022. This was reported by Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

"The enemy learns, learns quite quickly. I'll just give you an example: X-101 cruise missiles are completely different from those used in 2022. This is a missile with an active electronic warfare system, with active protection, heat traps, etc.," said Skibitskyi in Davos.

Against the backdrop of the Russian army "learning," Skibitskyi rejected the possibility of switching to a "deaf" defense.

"We have to develop everything: air defense, we have to take care of the defense industry, we have to ensure that it gives products, and we have to take counteroffensive measures to prevent the loss of territories. And the experience of 2023 showed us this," the Ukrainian intelligence representative summarized.
