On Wednesday, January 17, Russian troops attacked the Marhanets community of Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovsk region, with a kamikaze drone, the head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, said on Telegram.
"A car with people in it was hit. Two boys were injured," Lysak emphasized.
According to him, a 13-year-old child is in serious condition, and a 19-year-old boy is in moderate condition. Doctors provide the victims with all necessary assistance.
