The head of the Mykolaiv RMA, Vitaliy Kim, has called for restrictions on mobilization evaders, saying they have no right to live a full life. This was stated by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim on the air of the TV channel "We-Ukraine".
According to him, he is in favor of fairer mobilization processes, and if you go back to the period of February 24, 2022, no one asked about the laws according to which you have to go to war. A huge number of men lined up at the TCC to defend their homes.
Now the situation is different and there are not enough people at the front. Accordingly, Vitaliy Kim believes that the rights of evaders can be restricted and, in his opinion, this is normal under the current circumstances.
"They are caught by the TCC - this is normal. If you're an evader, you're not allowed to live a full life and enjoy yourself. If you're an evader, you should stay at home. There are different circumstances: you're afraid or don't want to on principle, or something else. You have to have restrictions because you don't do what others do," said Vitaliy Kim.
