Russians carry out airstrikes in Kupyansk district: a woman is killed, a school is on fire

Today, January 10, the Russian army carried out airstrikes on Kupyansk district in Kharkiv region. A woman was killed in the attack. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Synegubov.

"The occupiers struck with guided aerial bombs at the village of Vilkhuvatka, Kupyansk district," the statement said.


It is noted that a 48-year-old woman was the victim of this attack, and other consequences include damage to 10 private houses and a shop. The school caught fire as a result of the shelling, and rescue services are now actively eliminating its consequences.


According to updated reports, Russian troops dropped two aerial bombs on Vilkhuvatka, causing partial destruction of the school building and starting a fire on an area of about 80 square meters. The fire was extinguished by 16:20. The second bomb hit the private sector.
