In Kharkiv, a children's health center was damaged after a Russian missile strike late on January 9. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Synegubov.


There were no information about the victims, as no one was in the building at the time of the attack.


Later, Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov clarified that it was a children's camp on the outskirts of the city.
