The Russian Armed Forces have almost doubled the number of combat engagements in the Tavria direction. This was reported by Brigadier General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, commander of the Tavria operational and strategic group of troops.
"Russian occupants have again almost doubled the number of combat engagements," said Oleksandr Tarnavskyi.
He noted that the enemy continues to actively carry out air strikes and shell Ukrainian positions with artillery. In particular, on December 3, the Russians carried out 25 air strikes and a missile attack, conducted 47 combat engagements and fired 875 artillery rounds in the Tavria operational area.
"The total losses of the occupants amounted to 423 people and 72 units of military equipment. In particular, 10 tanks, 14 armored personnel carriers, 10 artillery systems, 1 MLRS, 22 UAVs, 10 vehicles and 4 units of special equipment," the commander said.
Also, 2 ammunition warehouses and 1 more important enemy object were destroyed.
