Russia wants a split within Ukraine. The enemy's main goals include discrediting mobilization. This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense on Telegram.
According to the intelligence, analysts close to the Kremlin have prepared proposals for the top military and political leadership of the Russian Federation to "more effectively" continue the war against Ukraine in 2024.
"It is proposed to destroy the unity within Ukraine by conducting several hybrid subversive campaigns along with the continuation of intense hostilities," the GUR notes.
The key goals of the enemy's plan include discrediting the mobilization process, promoting a significant mass outflow of people from Ukraine and splitting the country along regional lines.
Following the Kremlin's recommendations, the following narratives have been used:
- "The southeast is fighting for the interests of the people of Bandera"
- "Galicia without separatists would have joined the EU long time ago"
- "There is no mobilization in Kyiv - everyone is walking and having fun."
At the same time, Russian analysts are convinced that there are no political forces in Ukraine capable of changing the country's course of development, and the number of supporters of the "Russian world" has radically decreased.
