"As a result of the attack on Odesa, a three-story building was also hit. Rescuers have just pulled a body from the rubble," he said.
According to Kiper, the number of victims of the Russian missile attack has increased to three.
"Search operations are ongoing. The State Emergency Service rescued 23 people from a 17-storey residential building," added the head of the RMA.
The lyceum was also damaged in the city as a result of shelling.
"Luckily, there were no children in the school, they are on vacation, and all the staff were in the shelter during the alarm, so there were no injuries," stated Kiper.

Three people died in Odesa, Odesa RMA reports.
"Three people were killed. 22 people were injured, including two children (6 and 8 years old) and a pregnant woman. A 26-year-old girl is also in serious condition, doctors are doing everything possible. There are 18 injured in the city hospitals, the rest continue to be treated at home after receiving help," said Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa RMA.
According to him, the rubble is still being cleared, and the figures are unfortunately subject to change.
