President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed decrees appointing two new heads of regional administrations. This is reported in decrees No. 857/2023 and No. 858/2023.
Decree No. 858/2023 states that Oleksandr Serhiyovych Koval was appointed as the head of the Rivne Regional State Administration.
Decree No. 857/2023 states that Vadym Serhiyovych Filashkin was appointed as the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
