Register of conscripts "Oberih" has been expanded: 750 thousand records were added

The "Oberih" register of conscripts has been expanded by 750,000 entries. Up to 88% of the data has already been verified. This was reported by Deputy Defense Minister Kateryna Chornohorenko in an interview with DOU.

The "Oberih" register is a database of conscripts who can be mobilized. In particular, it does not contain data on active military personnel. According to Chornohorenko, it is like a passport register or a unified state demographic register with personal information of citizens.

"The planned work on it has been completed, we have increased the register by 750 thousand records, verified the data up to 88%, and are in the process of exchanging information with the main registers of the country," she said.

At the same time, the digitalization of military and veterans' data is underway.

"I believe that the register of servicemen should be updated very quickly. This will be another project like "Oberih". Because this is the basic backend for absolutely all online services that can be provided to the military," Chornohorenko said.
