On the morning of December 20, Kyivstar again experienced communication problems. The company said they are already fixing the problem and working to restore services.
According to Kyivstar's press service, they are aware that subscribers are experiencing communication difficulties in a number of cities in the west and south of Ukraine.
"The company's specialists are working to restore services. We are doing our best to fix the technical issues as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience," the statement reads.
The terms of the repair are not specified.
