The notification system will temporarily not work in the Sumy city territorial community due to a failure in the work of the Kyivstar mobile operator. This was reported by Sumy CMA on Telegram.
"While the mobile operator's specialists are fixing technical problems, the community will be notified by patrol police and the State Emergency Service during the air raid," the statement said.
The authorities also urged to monitor reports of air raid alerts on official information resources.
